Reposition and development of a new identity to replace AkzoNobel's Contract Direct service ‐ Dulux Decorator Center Services.
The task was to simplify and bring in line the existing proposition and identity with other Dulux services and Brands; and make it marketable and compelling to new and existing Contract Direct customers so that they would not want to switch their business to a competitive brand from Contract Direct upon its ending.
