Tasked with developing a strong proposition, sub‐brand and packaging for
two new Autoglass® products; the the Challenge, as I saw it, was to create the retail arm of
Autoglass®, something that they had never before considered, as a service business.
We created an engaging retail proposition which could help to launch its product offerings into the
UK market. To do this we developed a future proof that proposition that could cover other car care
products and standout from an already crowded category of well known brands.
Their expertise in glass was the source of the brands authority and credibility and it's what we
needed to leverage to create fanfare around Autoglass® as a product brand. To harness the Autoglass®
credentials in retail we needed to grow the core without diluting it.
The design and packaging look and feel had to be ownable and recognisable to the iconic service
consumers already knew, whilst working well across multiple channels such POS retail displays,
service centres, packaging and websites.
